Very friendly staff, superb follow-up from the moment of booking the appointment for our pup and onwards. Skylar, Caroline and Dr. Molly Shelton were all patient, sweet and gentle to both of us. My little guy was smitten with Dr. Shelton at first sniff and I am forever grateful for her tips, her expertise and her kindness. I wouldn't take him anywhere else. Facilities are also clean, well kept and organized. It was a great experience
I can not speak highly enough of this place!! We thought we were going to have to have our 12 year old cat euthanized, and they saved her!! The staff here was beyond generous and so compassionate. We will be bringing all of our animals here from now on!! Thank you so much Preston Animal Hospital
Wonderful. Staff is thorough, polite, and invested! The vet is fabulous and goes the extra mile! Did several tests on my cat, determined the problem, gave him some medication, and put him on special prescription food. Only problem, is that the prescription food is VERY expensive. Particularly in a multi-cat household. Wish there was some kind of payment plan. I'm not going to lie, the tests were really expensive, and I'm not sure that all were necessary, nevertheless I trust them. I believe they did everything they could. Honestly, they worked on my cat for over an hour and after closing time. Blood work, fecal sample, urine sample, x-rays, the whole 9 yards! Also, the waiting area and doggie daycare look very well kept. Years ago, we had to put a pet to sleep, and they were so kind to us. We had a private room, we got to hold her, we got to stay as long as we needed, and they sent us some things to remember her by- including a handwritten card (which I still have). Very sweet people.
They always take such great care of my cat and all of the doctors and support staff are extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable.
