We have been going to Massage Envy for at least 5 or 6 years. The staff is always friendly. Renee is simply the best!
Used to be a solid 4 or 5 stars but the quality isn't what it used to be. Honestly? Adding a blinking "OPEN" neon sign screams of desperation. The employees are not happy with corporate or with their pay and is evident because there is very high turnover at this location. (Mgmt, if you want more honest feedback from a longtime client, you can reach out.)
Had a massage from Antonia. She was incredible. If I lived here I'd go all the time. Great amount of pressure and was consistent the entire massage. Highly recommended.
Really poor service. Im in town for work and thought it might be a nice treat to get a massage while Im here. I made an appointment this morning for 5:30 pm this evening and arranged my evening around it. When I arrived I was told that my appointment was actually Saturday and the person who booked made a mistake. They were booked tonight so they asked if I wanted to keep the Saturday appointment?When I told them Im here for work and leaving tomorrow, reception offered to call around to other locations... or maybe 9 pm tonight would work? Not reasonable to expect someone to drive around in 5 oclock traffic hunting down other locations or come back 4 hours later. When I declined that offer, reception says, ok sorry about that! And thats the end of it. A boo boo that big should be followed with much better service. Offer a discount if Im in town again or something to make me want to come back. All I have now is a shallow apology and a negative view of Massage Envy and their customer service reps.
This location is fairly decent, although you should do your best to try and book a massage appointment with Taylor as he's one of this location's best. On the flip side, avoid the massage tech Jacob unless you want the most incomplete, half-assed massage that will last 39 minutes of the 60 you booked. Basically, he's a total ripoff and the poster boy for why a lot of Massage Envy locations get a very bad reputation.As for facials, Cheryl is this location's best. I have nothing but good things to say about her.I've never had any problems here until I was booked with Jacob.I prepaid for six sessions, which gives you one bonus session; however, I did not renew beyond this and instead took a similar offer at Life Time as they're not constantly booked-up and you can rest in their steam room afterwards.Bottom line: A decent choice if you have no viable alternatives.
