Diane DiGirolamo was our agent and she was absolutely incredible! She had a lovely personality and was so easy to communicate with. We were purchasing a home in NC from out of state and she helped our buying experience go so smoothly. We were impressed by her professionalism and being really on the ball about updating us in new homes. When we flew in to do a house search in person, she was so, so sweet with our little 6-month-old son and very accommodating of me feeding and taking care of him as we looked at houses. We love Diane! We moved from CT to NC and a friend referred us to Nancy Caggia and we were so glad she did! Nancy has a vast knowledge of the Cary-Apex- Holly Springs area and if you have kids, she is up on the best school districts which was key to us. We ended up building (our first time) and Nancy was able to guide us thru the process and actually made it fun...even when things went off course(which is inevitable while building).
