Has anyone figured out how to give a negative 5 stars? Anyways, worst customer service ever. The clerks working the register frequently try to upcharge for drinks. I had to ask the clerk to come from behind the counter and verify the price of a $0.99 soda. Afterwards, he was still hesitant to correct my total. Also, apparently they cannot accept cash nor debit card for money orders either. Good this I had some spare Gil.
Worst customer service ever. Employees are very rude. They like to order around customer then doing their own job. I think they forget that these customers pay their pay. We had to come out from there and drove to cary to mail. Why we need them over here we can always go to cary or other post office.
It's in a gas station. Gas station is for pumping gas and buying hot dogs . Does USPS do any of those things? Best to go elsewhere .
I have no idea what people are complaining about here, because the people there have never been anything but polite and fast for me any of the dozen times I've shipped stuff. Yes, it's not a *full* post office so there are some services it can't provide (i.e. international shipping), and some things they're not set up for at this mini location. But they're fine otherwise.
Completely incompetent. They should not be allowed to handle our mail and they don't even know how. I tried to deliver a simple birthday card and they told me that I couldn't deliver it and I needed to go to the main post office. I waited until the next day for other employees to be there ( hopefully more competent) and they told me the same thing. When I went to the main post office they instantly accepted it without a second thought and without even weighing it. They even had the nerve to feel up my envelope and ask me what was inside. Completely unprofessional and they clearly don't know what they're doing. I wasn't able to deliver my friends birthday card on time because of them. It's none of their business what Is in my letter and they should have scales if some letters are too heavy for them to deliver. After going to the main post office I went back and told them that they needed to learn what they were doing if they were going to handle our mail. They sarcastically said thank you sir. I said thank you for wasting my time and they once again said thank you sir they didn't even apologize . They are totally disrespectful and act like having a post office in their gas station is an annoyance, when they must profit from it somehow . Don't buy your gas here and do not deliver your mail here. If I could give zero stars I would.
