With the renovation that just happened, I was hoping for a more efficient means of finding open spots. A lot of garages I've been to have the green light above open spots and digital signage on each aisle with the number of open spots. RDU missed the mark here. Takes too long to find open spots - even when the level says that there are 100+ open spots.
Update from the last review. I have used this parking service multiple times for trips. Being the only available parking at RDU, its pretty reliable. The new upgrade is really nice. The parking garage is an amazing design to look at. Plus decent parking fees.
Park in the shade. Easy access and exit. Don't loose your ticket from entry. You can pay at several kiosk after leaving airport on 2nd level very much streamlining your exit. Just don't forget exactly where you parked, all the levels look alike.
A bit pricey but very convenient
They are now directing you to specific parking spots, so even if there are closer spots available, theyll make you park in the furthest possible spot.
