I recently became an Uber driver. My second trip was to the airport .I wasn't familiar with the area because I live an hour away. My cell phone died and low and behold the charger I had didn't work for some crazy odd reason. I was lost and pulled into Sheetz. The line was extremely long because of Hurricane Flo but I told the woman my delima. I don't know if she was the manager but she took my cell and charged it for me. After nearly 20 minutes I got my phone back and she said she was getting off and would lead me back to the highway to get home. She went above and beyond her job duties for someone she didn't even know. I just want to let her know that she is appreciated! Thank you again very much. Sheetz is lucky to have you.
WARNING: Do not order fresh items (salads, sandwiches prepared with vegetables). They do not maintain their fresh ingredients properly most likely due to the infrequent ordering of these items.I recently ordered a salad; the Sheetz House Salad to be specific. The leafy greens were partially rotted, the cucumber had become partially liquefied and the red onions were translucent; all signs of rot. The only thing semi-fresh were the diced tomatoes. Not only is this gross, but it's also a tell-tale sign of what foods are typically not ordered at this location and how poorly trained the staff are.Sheetz corporate had no reply.
Justin made the best quesadilla ever incredible! Friendly ppl as well. I will opt for this spot over cook out and taco Bell for late nights.
I'm a loyal Sheetz customer. This particular Sheetz does not have indoor seating. On this particular day, my food was not prepared with care. But I still love Sheetz in general.
Just waited 15 minutes for a single sandwich with two other customers with there being 4 workers in the kitchen "working" if you could call it that, I would call it gossiping not working. And after the wait I was given a incorrect order. And the order was a mess( see picture)
