Excellent experience with Discount Furniture of the Carolinas! Though this place is a little tucked away, it's definitely worth a visit. There is a show room and if they don't have what you're looking for on site, they will talk with you and help you find what you want for the right price. Adriana is incredibly helpful and worked within our budget to help us find the perfect sectional. It even arrived earlier than expected and was moved to the second floor and assembled by friendly, knowledgeable delivery personnel. Would absolutely recommend.
I purchased a sectional couch and accent chair from Bradley at discount furniture of the Carolinas last August. It was my first time buying new furniture and I looked everywhere, but the prices could not be beat here. In addition, Bradley was very helpful in making sure what I found would work for me and my space and picking a chair to go with it. I had a very odd shaped living room and was worried about getting something too big, and he was very helpful through the whole process. He is a salesman and will try to sell you something, but he is also very upfront to tell you when something (like a giant reclining sofa) is not a good fit. He wants to make sure you have something that works for you.I also have never had any issue with what I bought from him despite my worries over it being Ashley brand, and I even waited a year to post this. As he said, it depends on how you treat the furniture. I highly highly highly recommend doing your shopping here and to make use of their online catalog, which most stores don't even offer!
I just relocated here and was lucky to discover Discount Furniture. They are outstanding in all areas of service. I was not pressured into buying anything or directed to more expensive furniture. In fact everyone was concerned with my budget and offered advice as to the differences. I selected a mattress and sectional and soon discovered their delivery service was as outstanding. My sectional was ordered and due to Hurricane Florence there was a delay. However they offered to deliver the mattress immediately, I declined but their communication was outstanding. The 2 delivery guys TJ and John were polite, professional, efficient and clean, well done all around.I will be returning to purchase more from this company after this awesome experience .
This place is a hidden gem. Most (if not all) of the furniture is made in America and completely affordable. We met the husband and wife who own the place (on different days) and both were extremely kind and attentive. So, we purchased our new sofa here! Delivery is scheduled for the same week which is great! Cant wait to move on from our old Ikea sofa!**Edited to Add: The sofa has now been delivered and it is exactly what we ordered and absolutely perfect! The delivery men were quick, kind, and professional. They were sweet to my son and friendly to me. They cleaned up all the packaging leaving nothing but the sofa behind. The entire interaction didnt take more than 20 minutes.
My husband and I went in on Saturday 8/25 to pickup a sofa and love seat. The staff was very helpful and courtesy put was looking to put safety first. When loading our trailer Matt offered tie down scraps but my husband informed him that we had some. I thank the staff there at Discount Furniture and will return for a future purchase. Again we would like to thank the friendly staff and owner.
